Eligibility:

7 days
of receiving your order for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and certificates intact.

not eligible

Upon receiving the returned product, our Quality Assurance team will verify its condition, original invoice, and certificate.
Refund Processing:
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2 weeks.
Shipping Costs:

Buyback Policy
Coluxe also offers a flexible buyback option for jewellery, ensuring that your investment retains value over time.
Eligibility & Terms:

Jewellery to be returned along with the original certificate.

Gold will be credited at
100%
of the prevailing market price, and diamonds at
80%
of the prevailing value.

Deductions:
Making charges, taxes, or certification costs may be deducted where applicable.

Altered jewellery or items damaged by third parties
will not
be accepted
for buyback. Any missing stones or damages will proportionally reduce the buyback value.

Coluxe reserves the right to adjust the valuation based on a quality inspection.
Shipping & Processing:

If the jewellery is shipped to us for buyback, customers bear the actual shipping cost, which will be confirmed by our team.

Returns must include the
original certificate
; loss of certificate will result in a deduction toward certification cost.
