Variance in Product Characteristics

Our creations are artisanal by nature, and each piece is unique. Variances may occur:

1. Weight – Product weights including gold and gemstone carats may vary slightly due to handcrafting. A tolerance of ±2% is standard. If the final piece weighs less than paid for, we refund the difference.
   
   
2. Size – Products may appear slightly larger or smaller than images due to screen resolution or photography.
   
   
3. Colour – Gemstones may differ subtly in colour, cut, size, and shape — a reflection of their individuality.

Repairs

For repairs, please contact us before sending your jewellery. Once assessed, we will provide a repair quote. Work begins only after your written approval. Shipping and insurance remain the client’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Returns – Accepted within 7 days of delivery:

• Jewellery must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by certification.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.
• For sizing concerns, one complimentary adjustment or resize is offered.

2. Cancellations & Refunds:

• Coluxe Privé creations cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• For catalogue pieces, if you change your mind, we can offer a gift voucher for the full amount, redeemable against another style.

3. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback:

• Coluxe offers exchange and buyback options. Please contact us to explore them.

Shipping & Delivery

• Complimentary shipping is available across India.
  
• For logistics and insurance, we may request government-issued ID proof from the recipient.
  
• On receiving your parcel, please check the contents before signing.
  
• In the rare event of tampering or loss, notify us immediately.
  
• International shipping is currently not available.
