Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. All products purchased from Coluxe may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a 100% refund, subject to the conditions below.

2. Customised or bespoke products are excluded from the 15-day return policy.

3. Refunds are processed once our Quality Assurance team verifies:

• Product quality
• Intact original invoice
• Original product certificate

4. Once approved, refunds are credited via online bank transfer within 2 weeks of product receipt.

5. Coluxe reserves the right to refuse any unreasonable returns.

Buyback Policy

1. Products can be returned for buyback along with the solitaire certificate, with deductions applied for making charges and taxes. Credit is offered at:

• Gold: 100% of prevailing market value 
• Diamond: 80% of prevailing market value

2. Customers bear the actual shipping cost for sending products to Coluxe.

3. Loss of the certificate will result in a deduction corresponding to the cost of certification.

4. Jewellery altered by a third-party jeweller or with damages/missing stones will be subject to proportional deductions from the buyback value.

5. Coluxe reserves the right to reassess product valuation based on quality inspection.

Shipping & Delivery

1. Complimentary shipping is available for all locations within India.

2. Any changes to shipping terms will be confirmed by our Customer Support team before order confirmation.

3. For logistics and insurance purposes, we may request an official government-issued ID proof of the person receiving the delivery.

4. Upon receiving the parcel, please check the contents immediately before signing the receipt.

5. In the rare event of tampering or loss, customers must report immediately to Coluxe.

6. Currently, we do not ship outside India.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on this website, including designs, images, text, and graphics, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

1. Coluxe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or purchase of products.

2. Product images are indicative; slight variations may occur due to natural materials or photography.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
