Coluxe Fine Jewellery Return, Exchange & Shipping Policy

At Coluxe Fine Jewellery, each piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. To ensure transparency, the following return and exchange terms apply to all purchases.

1. Refunds

  • Coluxe does not offer cash refunds on any purchases.
  • Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases, where the jewellery; 
  • has been damaged in transit
  • is incorrect as per description
  • has quality deviation

2. Returns 

  • Return requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned:
  • In its original packaging and with original certification.
  • In unused, unworn, and saleable condition
  • Without any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or resizing.
  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
  • All returns are subject to quality inspection and approval by Coluxe.
  • Jewellery that shows signs of wear, alteration, tampering, or damage after delivery will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
  • After the expiry of the 7-day return window, no requests for return will be entertained, and only the Exchange Policy will remain applicable. 

3. Exchange Policy

  • Coluxe offers an exchange facility on eligible jewellery purchases under the following terms:
  • Stone Value
  • The value of lab-grown diamonds and coloured lab gemstones will be carried forward at the original invoiced rate and carat weight.

  • Gold Value
  • The gold value of the exchanged piece will be calculated at the prevailing gold rate on the date of exchange.

  • Making Charges
  • Making charges paid on the original piece will not be carried forward.
  • Making charges for the new jewellery design will be charged extra based on gold weight and craftsmanship.

  • Exchange Benefit
  • As a goodwill gesture, Coluxe will offer a 10% exchange benefit on the new jewellery piece.

  • Applicable Taxes
  • GST at applicable rate will be applied on the final invoice value, in accordance with statutory regulations.

  • Final Settlement
  • The final payable amount will be determined after adjustment of stone value, recalculation of gold value, addition of new making charges, application of the exchange benefit, and applicable taxes.
  • A detailed cost breakup will be shared prior to final confirmation.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Free Delivery: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within India.
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed promptly: ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched immediately, followed by standard courier delivery with exact timelines shown at checkout, while custom and Privé orders are processed within 1–2 weeks before dispatch.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time depends on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping Partners: We work with trusted logistics providers to ensure your jewellery is delivered safely and on time.
  • Logistics & Insurance: For security and insurance purposes, we may request government-issued ID proof from the recipient.
  • Parcel Inspection: Please check the contents of your parcel upon delivery before signing.
  • Tampering or Loss: In the rare event of tampering or loss, notify us immediately.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India.
  • Packaging: Each jewellery piece is carefully packaged in a luxe branded box, accompanied by the relevant certificates.

5. General Terms

  • Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
  • Coluxe reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange if eligibility criteria are not met. 
  • This policy is subject to change at Coluxe’s discretion without prior notice.
  • Once the return/exchange request is acknowledged, Coluxe will provide a delivery service to ensure the safe return of the jewellery. The customer is required to place the jewellery, together with the original invoice and IGI certificate. The jewellery must remain sealed until it is received at the Coluxe warehouse. Coluxe’s authorised logistics partner will then arrange for the pick-up from the customer’s registered address. A nominal fee of ₹1,500, which includes shipping and insurance, will be charged for this service.
  • If a customer prefers to send the jewellery using their own courier service, they may do so at their own risk. In such cases, Coluxe will not be held liable for any loss, theft, tampering, or damage that may occur during transit. Any return sent without prior intimation to Customer Care, or without the original invoice and IGI certificate, will not be accepted.
